New Academic Session Start Date & Timings
The New Academic Session (2025-2026) will commence on 2nd April 2025 (Wednesday) as per the following schedule:
- Ekidz (Grade Nursery to PP2): 8:20 a.m. to 12:40 p.m.
- Echamps (Grade I to V): 8:20 a.m. to 2:40 p.m.
- Etechno (Grade VI to X): 8:20 a.m. to 4:10 p.m.
As a new academic year begins, all parents and students are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the school norms and regulations for the upcoming session.
School Guidelines and Expectations
1. Uniform Guidelines
- Students must wear a proper, clean, and well-ironed uniform.
- Uniform Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Regular School Uniform with Black School Shoes.
- Wednesday and Saturday: Sports Uniform with White School Shoes.
- Students must always wear their School ID card.
- Boys (Grade I-VIII) will wear a Patka matching their trousers, while those in Grade IX onwards may wear a Turban.
- Jewelry and gold ornaments are strictly prohibited.
2. School Diary
- The school almanac acts as a bridge between parents and the school.
- Parents are requested to sign the necessary pages and ensure that their child brings the diary daily.
- Teachers’ remarks and circulars should be acknowledged and signed by parents regularly.
3. Punctuality & Regularity
- Students should arrive 10 minutes before school starts.
- Leaves should only be taken in case of urgency.
- Official communication will be conducted via the n-Connect App, not WhatsApp.
- Parents are requested not to pick up their wards during school hours, except for medical emergencies.
4. Classroom Rules
- Parents should ensure that their child brings books according to the daily timetable.
- Incomplete homework should be communicated to the class teacher with a valid reason.
5. Balanced Diet & Health
- Parents are not allowed to send lunch boxes during school hours.
- A fruit break is mandatory—please ensure the child carries at least one fruit daily.
- Pocket money should be avoided; encourage healthy, home-cooked meals.
- Ensure the child gets at least 8 hours of sleep daily.
6. School App (n-Connect)
- Parents should download the n-Connect App for all school-related updates.
- Bus tracking should be checked via the app, as no calls will be made for bus arrival updates.
7. General Instructions
- Smartphones and smartwatches are strictly prohibited on school premises. Heavy fines will be imposed if found guilty.
- Students commuting by their own transport are responsible for their vehicles.
- Parents must encourage regular homework completion and maintain a proper study schedule.
- Drop-off & Pick-up Policy:
- Parents should drop their children at the school gate only.
- During dispersal, students should be collected from the school gate.
- Meeting Teachers:
- Parents are not allowed to meet teachers during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.
- Any changes in address or contact details should be reported to the school immediately.
- Encourage children to read books and play outdoor games instead of excessive screen time.
- Students should maintain a balance between studies, co-curricular activities, and sports.
8. Birthday Celebration Policy
- Gifts are not permitted, except for distribution.
- Students from Grade VI onwards must wear school uniform even on birthdays.
